• MBA and BSc Degree in Mathematics & Mechanical Engineering.
• 13 years experience and extensive knowledge in scorecard development, risk management software applications, SAS, profitability modelling, pricing, Basel II and portfolio tracking.

Paul Andrews

• BSc Degree in Statistics & Econometrics from Brunel University, London.
• 20 years experience in statistical modelling, software solution design, credit risk management, analysis and optimization of business processes in risk management applications, application processing and customer management solutions and in-depth knowledge of SAS and its application to credit risk management.

Patricia Hattingh

• PhD in Materials Engineering from Wits.
• Extensive experience in credit risk analytics, specialist consulting, statistical modelling, traditional payment risk scorecards, South African credit bureau information, innovative modelling techniques to develop scoring models for emerging markets and developing models that address income prediction, consumer indebtedness, attrition and propensity.

Willem Ras

• B.EconSc Degree from Wits University and is an associate member of the Faculty of Actuaries.
• 8 years experience in the retail banking and life reinsurance industries, both locally and internationally.
• Responsible for evaluating, formulating and implementing risk management strategies.
• Specializes in developing and implementing profitability and pricing models, and in ongoing monitoring to maximise portfolio profitability.
